We are Rick and Jami Nies, the husband and wife team behind MidWest SoftWash. Family-owned and operated since 2009. With two beautiful children to inspire us, we set out to create not just a business, but a legacy.

MidWest SoftWash provides expert roof-to-curb exterior cleaning services to the residents of St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, and Lincoln counties. We offer a full range of services for both commercial and residential customers and take pride in being an environmentally conscious company. It is our goal to provide our customers the highest quality experience, for a clean they can trust every time. We hope to serve our customers not just once, but for a lifetime.
